1. Bear with me here, this a lengthy post. The ‘games out’ or ‘misses’ are terms use to describe the amount of draws that has occurred since a number was last drawn. There are a number of ways to obtain this data. One way is to simple take a look at the history chart from LotWin, ( from the pulldown menu ‘window’ then ‘draw statistics’) and starting with number 1, count the number of draws back to where it last made a hit. That number is what is meant by ‘misses’. If the number has been currently drawn, then you would assign it a 0, if it was drawn 2 draws ago, then it would be assigned 1, (because 1 draw occurred since last drawn) 3 draws ago, it’s assigned 2 ……….and so on.
2. Another way to obtain this data is by building and maintaining a chart as follows,
a. Make a squared grid on an 81/2 X 11 sheet. This can be done using
Word, by selecting from the pull-down menu ‘Table’ then ‘insert’, then
‘table’. Generate 50 rows, and 26 columns.
b. In each column at the top insert the draw dates, (use text vertical).
Since you haven’t been keeping a running chart, make your first date 10
draws ago. You should get 25 draws across the top of your chart.
c. In the rows at the left, enter the numbers 1 to 49.
d. In the column under the draw date, enter the hits with a red X. Now at
this point, you would have to count back through the history so see
how many misses occurred in order to fill in the missing rows in that
first column at the left. Note…I don’t enter a red X for the bonus, I
indicate it with a small red B, and the count for that number is still
increased. After you have finished the first column, it is just a matter of
then entering the draw hits and continuing the ‘misses’ count by
inserting the number in pencil. This makes for very good visual
contrasts, and it is then easy to pick out the misses, the bonuses among
other things.
3. The chart will make it easy to pick out the misses at 0 (which are the 6 hits
from the last draw), the 1 misses, the 2 misses…. etc etc.
4. The data supports that a high percentage of no more than 2 are drawn from each of these groups. A supporting example, the BC 49 for the past 25 draws starting at the 4 Jun, this proves correct 23 times (92%). These groups can be put into LotWin using the number filters, and ‘number sets’ and set for min 0 and max 2.
5. If you have any problems with any of this we can discuss further. Also there are a number of other variations to this that produces significant reductions and that is also accurate at the 90% plus. This can be discussed later.
6. Hoping this helps.
Cheers
